Description

For your consideration is a beautiful SANTA BARBARA CERAMIC DESIGN 4 PIECE DINNER SET by artist MARY E. FAVERO. The flower used here is the ORCHID. The set includes a Dinner plate (10 1/2" Diameter), Salad plate (8 1/4" Diameter), Soup bowl (8" Diameter) and a Coffee Cup (5" Height). The Cup is inscribed 'DT' for the potter Don Tate. The other three pieces are marked Osif for the potter Bob Osif. All pieces are signed MEF for Mary E. Favero and dated 1982 and include the letters SBCD. They are in new condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. I did notice some minor scuffing on the foot of the soup bowl which could be cleaned. The salad plate is unsigned as Ms. Favero probably forgot to do this. At the time of this listing I have 3 other four piece sets with a different flower theme on each. I have included photos of the other three 4 piece sets. One or more sets would make an outstanding WEDDING GIFT! (B - 117)
