This is a display stand for a Kool Cigarette playing cards promotion that the now defunct, Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company ran in 2002. The stand is constructed of cardboard and it's in excellent condition with a few bends in the cardboard from the weight of the playing cards but no damage to it. (This came from a long-retired sales rep of the company. I also have a dozen or so sealed decks of the cards that were loaded on to the display stand that I have listed separately.)
