Fiesta Ivory 4-piece place setting by Homer Laughlin (Introduced 2008) Homer and Shakespeare Laughlin, two brothers from East Liverpool, Ohio, formed a partnership in 1871 to sell pottery ware, which was made in the factories located in their hometown; Shakespeare moved on after a few years and the business continued as Homer Laughlin China Works. The Art Deco design of Fiesta was first introduced in 1936 by Frederick Hurton Rhead at the Homer Laughlin China Company. Fiesta Dinnerware from Homer Laughlin is their best-selling line and is one of the most collected china collections in the world. In the seventy-nine years since Fiesta was first produced, there have been a total of 47 colors in the line. Today, The Fiesta Tableware Company introduces one new color each year and Fiesta has become the leading dinnerware brand in casual tabletop, as well as a consistent leader in bridal registries across America.
